I ordered this candle as a gift for my sister who is expecting her first baby. Unfortunately the original order seems to have got lost in the post and never arrived. As soon as I let the shop know they apologised and sent me a new candle out PLUS a free candle of any size and any scent as an apology. They both arrived yesterday and are amazing quality, the scents are divine and I just know my sister will love them. Dipesh, who I spoke to was so kind and apologetic about the issue, which was beyond their control, and they still managed to show care about my experience as well as ensuring I got what I paid for. Amazing service and I can’t recommend them enough.
